I was driving to one of my customers in Alnwick late on Friday afternoon and saw this sunset when I was leaving Ashington, so I pulled into the Aldi supermarket carpark and photographed it with my mobile phone before it changed. I would love to paint this but don't think that I would get that effect.

give it a go anyway, paintng isn't necessarily reproduction, rather it's interpretation. Acrylic or pastel I might try.
